TN leaders pay floral tributes to Ambedkar
Dr B R Ambedkar was remembered on his birth anniversary in Tamil Nadu on Thursday with political leaders including Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, DMK Treasurer Stalin, MDMK Chief and PWF Coordinator Vaiko and DMDK President Vijayakant paying floral tributes to the architect of the Constitution of India.

Jayalalithaa offered floral tributes to portrait of Ambedkar, while Stalin, MDMK Chief Vaiko, Vijayakant paid their respects to statue of Ambedkar at Koyambedu.
Tamil Nadu Congress Committee President E V K S Elangovan paid his respects to the leader at Sathyamurthy Bhavan. Various political outfits garlanded the statues of Ambedkar in different parts of the State.
