A platform to sync with artistic temperament

It has been started with a vision to ‘empower the world of art’. Be it a dancer, musician, photographer, actor, writer, film- maker, model or a sculptor, one can create one’s own portfolio. “It also allows to network with other artists, explore and share insights and find opportunities. 

One can also create pages of the art schools/ universities, music bands, dance crews, production houses, casting agencies, film awards, TV shows, studios, film festival, concerts etc,” says Sandeep Reddy, who along with Dinesh Kumar co-founded Vervbeat.

It went live in February this year. Sandeep, an engineering graduate, had wanted to pursue art for long. “Even ten years ago, I wanted to get into world of art. I told my father of my plans. He wasn’t very happy. He challenged me to show a career opportunity in my dream pursuit. There were many career opportunities in arts, but I was unable to show a success graph,” recalls Sandeep. He was forced to leave it as a dream then. 

The idea stuck however, and he was confident that there were many like him out there in the world. “I decided to connect artists with opportunities. Suddenly everything looked interesting, I started working on this as management project in college. It took three years to take it live,” he says. The founders have over 5000 artists across India from different art-forms. “We want to bring every artist in this world on to the platform and also connect every artist with an opportunity,” says Sandeep.
