BSNL offer to woo landline subscribers
The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced that from August 15 its landline subscribers could make unlimited free calls to any network’s mobile and landline numbers on all Sundays across India.

A BSNL press release on Saturday said that in an effort to attract more landline customers and to motivate existing customers to use landline phone more often, it had come up with offers.
In a yet another promotional offer, BSNL has announced a landline scheme for new customers for a period of 90 days from August 15 under the scheme “Experience LL 49.” Rent for the first six months would be Rs 49, after which the landline would be converted to a general plan.
Customers booking landline connections under this scheme would get a free BSNL prepaid SIM card.
