Addressing a news conference here, AAP leader Ashutosh said, ''Throwing ink on Mr Kejriwal is not the first incident and in past too, there have been such attacks on the Chief Minister.

''Attack on Mr Kejriwal is a part of deep conspiracy.'' He said police is duty bound to provide security if the Home Ministry has given it to Mr Kejriwal. ''PM and Delhi Police should answer on the security lapse in Mr Kejriwal's yesterday rally,'' the AAP leader said.

''Who will fix the responsibility of security,'' the AAP leader asked and said if there is a security lapse, a probe should be ordered but no probe has done till now.

He said in Punjab's Muktsar Sahib, Mr Kejriwal was given security by that state police for his rally but no security was provided to him by Delhi police.

''There was not even one security personnel from Delhi police along with Mr Kejriwal when he was returning  from Ludhiana in the train after the rally,'' the AAP leader alleged.

The AAP leader said it is Delhi police who has given the 'Z' security to Mr Kejriwal and ''we have never demanded any security from ourselves''

''There has been a long history in the country and abroad of finishing political rivals,'' the AAP leader said.
