IPL 2019: De Kock half century helps MI post 162/5 against SRH
Opener Quinton de Kock unbeaten half century 69 helped Mumbai Indians post 162/5 in the stipulated 20 overs against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL at Wankhede Stadium here on Thursday.

de Kock 69 and Krunal Pandya 9 reamined not out taking MI's innings towards a fighting total of 162/5.
de Kock smashed 69 off 58 with 6 fours and 2 sixes hitting SRH bowlers with boundaries.
Earlier MI won the toss and opted to bat against SRH.
Openers Rohit Sharma and Quinton de Kock started on a good note with Sharma striking boundaries as duo added 36 runs for the first wicket.
After skipper Rohit Sharma's exit in the 6th over by Khaleel Ahmed after being caught off at mid on by Mohammmad Nabi. Sharma's 24 came off in 18 balls with 5 fours.
After this de Kock and Suryakumar Yadav steered MI innings to 54 run partnership for the second wicket.
Then next was Yadav's turn to go in the 12th over in Ahmed's spell caught by Rashid Khan at deep point.
Yadav 23 off 17 balls struck 3 fours and a six.
Evin Lewis stayed for a short file scored just 1 off 6 balls after bowled by Mohammad Nabi in the 13th over.
MI's 100 came in 14th over when Hardik Pandya smashed Thampi for a six in the same over of the second ball and one run in the next ball thus completing century.
Then de Kock and Pandya chipped in 28 runs for fourth wicket. Hardik Pandya who was going strong his innings also came to end after Bhuvneshwar Kumar took his wicket in the 16th over caught off by Nabi at long-off taking an easy catch.
Pandya's 18 came off in 10 balls with 1 four and a six.
After Pandya's exit Pollard came in and scored a useful 32 for the fifth wicket along with de Kock.
MI's wicket kept falling at regular intervals while de Kock stood firm at the other end taking his team to a fighting total of 162/5.
However, a good innings by de Kock and Pollard ended after Pollard was bowled by Khaleel Ahmed in the first ball of the last over.
Pollard scored 10 off 9 balls with a six. After Pollard de Kock and Krunal put on 11 runs for sixth wicket as duo remained unbeaten.
For SRH Khaleel Ahmed 42/3 while Bhuvneshwar and Mohammad Nabi took a piece each.
