TNPL: Madurai Panthers defeats Tuti Patriots
In the second TNPL match of the day, Madurai panthers mauled Tuti patriots to a 9 wicket win. After winning the toss Tuti patriots chose to bat and scored 124/8 in 20 overs.

AV Srinivasan scored 55 off 41 balls and V Subramania Siva scored 28 runs off 21 balls. They were the top scorers for Tuti patriots. L Kiran Akash and R Mithun bagged three wicket each. A target of 125 runs was set for Madurai panthers to win the match. Madurai Panthers scored 128/1 in 12.2 overs with 9 wickets remaining. Skipper KB Arun Karthik scored 65 runs off 42 balls and ably supported by A Sarath Raj who scored 33 runs off 21 balls.
