Are the doctors treating COVID-19 in Delhi let to fend for themselves?

A video showing a woman, claiming that the Delhi government had asked the doctors who are working in the COVID-19 treating hospitals to pay their own bills is going viral on social media. 

The doctors who are working in the hospitals that are treating COVID-19 are accomodated in a hotel by the government in order to keep their families from getting infected.

On checking the facts, it was found that the woman in the video is a doctor in a hospital that was not listed under the coronavirus treating hospitals and it is legit that the govenrment does not provide them with allowances. On the other hand, the doctors that are working in the COVID-19 treating hospitals are provided accomodations by the government.
